Chelmorton Chase, Peak District, 5 miles, 20th September 2026 All abilities welcome and anyone 16 or over can take part! Eleven hundred feet above sea level - a running race that has become a village event, with an army of local marshals. Mixed terrain including, trail, fields and road Entry on the day from 9:30am, start is 11:30am (@ SK17 9SH) £8 on day entry Runners follow the iconic Chelly orange arrows. One hundred pound team prize for affiliated clubs. (2025 winners were Matlock Athletics Club, Derbyshire) First lady to finish is awarded the Windross Shield (2025 winner Gemma Cox)
