NDRC & Run Forest Summer Series NDRC & Run Forest Summer Series. Race will start at 7.30pm and numbers collected on the night from 6.30pm. Again this will be ran on the same course as the current 'No Walk in the Park' 5k (also hosted by NDRC) The course has been officially measured and takes place on the paved paths around Queen's Park. It's a multi-lap event of undulating nature. The race format will be a 4 race series, having to complete 3 out of the 4 to be in with a chance of taking home the prizes. this will be an average time over the 3 qualifying events There will be prizes for the overall winners, both Male and Female and for the winners of each of the following age category's. JNR /V35 /V45 / V55 / V65 + again both Male & Female Cash prize of £100 for any Male or Female breaking the current course records. Current records are; Male is 00:14:59 - Sam Gilson 13/07/2024 Female 00:17:03.
