More about Everholm Athletics Track
The running track in Annan and its small pavilion were built in 1989. There were funds in place for floodlights and seating at the time, but planning permission was refused after objections from local residents, so neither was built. The hope is that the decision will be reversed at some stage. Athletes who have represented their country can use the track free of charge.
