Wimborne 10 Mile Road Race 2026

Event details

RACE NUMBERS will be allocated and collected on Race Day at Race HQ using dynamic number allocation software. This will be done at the green and white marquee in front of Pamphill School.  Organised by Wimborne AC. Course is 10 miles of undulations with an out and back route to the village of Shapwick. Despite the undulations this is generally a PB / SB course. 3 water stations on the course plus one at the finish. Race memento plus free tea/coffee and cake to all finishers. Very well marshalled at 1/2 mile intervals plus all the junctions. Course is not closed to traffic except in the start/ finish straight. No headphones/ earphones of any type allowed except if you have a genuine hearing impediment.  Parking is  a 1 mile walk away from the start and there are car parking charges at the town centre car park. Disabled spectators may park at the start area by prior notification to the race organisers. Do not park at either Pamphill or at the Pamphill Dairy.
