The site was a former motorcycle speedway stadium. The track remains and is of tarmac construction. The track is not fenced in and is available for casual use at all times. The football pitch has recently been upgraded and a new changing pavilion has been constructed at the site. The exact length of the track is not known but it appears to be approximately 400m.
