Years of disuse show on this redgra running track in Birmingham, which is badly overgrown and rutted, the inner and outer lanes worst of all. A derelict steeplechase water jump and 2 overgrown throwing circles are all that's left of former activity. The grass infield is fairly well maintained though, and gets used for football. One curious feature is the home straight, which is double the width of the back one. The block of flats that stood behind the track came down in 2000, and the pavilion marked on the A-Z is no longer there.
