Additional Information
This indoor straight is in a big air tent which was originally Air Force surplus and is reported to be either 130m or 150m in length. It is also thought to be the only indoor track in the UK capable of staging 100 or 110H races. It is possible to remove sections of some of the lanes to get long and triple jump pits operating simultaneously. The facility is however mostly used for football and so is there is limited access to it. Further details of the facilities here can be found under the entry for the adjacent outdoor track.
